Clean comfortable room, good breakfast, good location (5-10 min walking through park)

We arrived very late, but the man at reception gave us recommendations on where to go find a restaurant that was still open. The room was large and comfortable. Breakfast had a lot of options and was good.

It's a little further from the center than I expected, but not too far to walk.

I appreciated the front desk staff. They were very friendly, helpful and efficient. The hotel is clean and the rooms are nice.

I was quite disappointed by the "american breakfast". First of all, cut up fresh fruit was few, on Monday not even offered. Canned food available, but since this hotel is in Italy, it's a shame they don't offer fresh fruit. Hot water for a cup of tea was never hot, more lukewarm. Coffe was quite disappointing.

Justified it's 4 star rating. Excellent breakfast. Location very convenient once you discover the shortcut through the park.

Nice big room, furnished inItalain style, far superior to the typical bland "international" style of most hotels. The barman managed to get a pretty good lasagne for me, even though it was 10.30pm and the kitchen was officially closed.

Decent Hotel Near Ducal Park with Room for Improvement

Enjoyed the spacious Superior Double Room and appreciated the efficient check-in process. The breakfast was quite good, but there's room for improvement in the dining experience. Explore nearby eateries for more variety. A solid choice if you don't mind a bit of a walk to the city center.

Amazing structure well worth four stars. Everybody was very helpful, I enjoyed it and it made my stay special.

Beautiful building, easy parking, private access to the park, walkable into town, friendly staff, great breakfast (one of the best I've had in Italy). Normally we'd not eat in a hotel resto but we did on Sunday night due to there being no walkable alternatives. Very impressed with the food and the prices.

Three of us shared the room but only coffee making facilities for two. Coffee cups used on day one still in room day two. Small points really. I thought 480 euros for three nights was a bit expensive. If you're splitting the bill three ways as we were it was cheap but if my wife and I had been staying then 160 euros a day b and b is a bit expensive. If I paid that I'd expect a bit more luxury (eg nicer, refurbished bathrooms). Area to the front of the hotel a bit mixed at night. Overall very enjoyable stay in up market hotel.

The superior double room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was big too. The location is perfect, right by parco ducale. Staff were super friendly during check-in. I also enjoyed the well-maintained lobby with a great first impression.

Missed breakfast as too late. Only enquired whether it was included in the bill and staff insisted that we be made it specially.

The building itself was fascinating from the exterior - the architect could have preserved something of that in the interior which was, nonetheless, very comfortable and the breakfast was good.

The room was spacious and elegantly decorated, with a cozy setting. The access to Ducal Park was the cherry on top, great for lovely scenic walks into the city that I couldn't get enough of.
